Information we collect
When you request a quote, call, email or book a house call, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, service address, vehicle information and any notes about the work you want done.
How we use it
We use your information only to prepare estimates, schedule and perform the requested service, communicate with you about your appointment, and keep records of completed work. We do not sell your information.
Sharing
Royal Lotus is a third-party service and subcontracts the detailing work. We share the minimum information needed — your name, address, contact number and job scope — with the technician assigned to your booking. Scheduling is handled through our booking provider, and their own privacy terms apply to information you enter there.
Photos
We photograph vehicles before and after service for quality records and may use those photos in our gallery or marketing. Tell us before your appointment if you would prefer your vehicle not be shown, and we will honor that.
Retention and security
We keep booking records for as long as needed for service history, accounting and legal requirements, and we take reasonable steps to protect them.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing mobilautospadetail@gmail.com or calling (404) 919-0682.
